The All-African People’s Revolutionary Party (GC) extends, belatedly, our warmest greetings and our heartfelt sorry to both of you, the extended Nkrumah family, biological and ideological families world -wide, and to one point five billion plus Africans, who are scatter, suffering and struggling in the 6 regions of Africa and the African diaspora, and the progressive and revolutionary forces world-wide.
Gamal Gorkeh Nkrumah, the Prominent, Pan-African Journalist, and son of Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana’s 1st President and Fathia Nkrumah (nee Rizk), Egyptian Coptic mother. Gamal made his transition in Cairo Egypt, on October 14, 2026, at the age of sixty-eight. According to an official statement released by the Nkrumah family, his passing following a prolong illness and stoke, for which he has been receiving specialized care at an Egyptian medical rehabilitation center. In according with the Islamic traditions, his burial took place on October 17, 2026.
We pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgives his sins, accepts his good dees, and admits him into the highest ranked/dwelling of paradise (Jannat al-sirdous). May He grant your extended family, peace, comfort, and the strength of patience, (sabr), to bear this profound loss. Amen.
